The Results American logistics company settles in Costa Rica

The excellent Costa Rica Costa Rican labor has allowed that the country be installed hundreds of companies of services at level global.

The Results company is originally from the United States and it is dedicated to build, design and operate centers calls for other companies, what is known as a "call center", announced to the country and is in the process of initiating the recruitment of staff.

The news was confirmed to the Agency EF by Geri Green, marketing manager of The Results from Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Green said that the company will occupy a space of more than 1500 square meters in the fifth floor of building C-14, which is located in the province of Heredia, in the complex known as America Free Zone (AFZ).

For the opening of the first stage of the company, are required around 300 people that now can apply for different positions in www.careersatresults.com.

By nature of the employment, the company requires persons who apply have excellent command of English, previous experience in call centers, good oral and written communication as well as knowledge in the use of computers, service to the client and this will add taking a written test.

According to Green, the second stage of the company is shaping up for the beginning of 2014 and will have capacity for about 650 additional jobs.

At the moment the company will be devoted to the installation of the call center, however later will also need attention of sales.

Good characteristics in Costa Rica became its partners in order to establish the company in the country. The Results already has operations in Mexico, where they have had a good experience.

"Carefully consider three key areas to select a country like our new home: the possibility of hiring high quality and multilingual team, the modern infrastructure of a country and a business and friendly international environment to be able to expand in the future", Green told the daily El Financiero.

The most essential elements so that Costa Rica was elected, are the education quality, reliability and a solid infrastructure in the field of communications.

The Results is part of the 40 companies that have decided to settle in Costa Rica during 2013.
