Great Metropolitan Area will host new industrial parks │ Costa Developers

New industrial parks will begin construction in the next few years in different sectors of the greater metropolitan Alajuela, Santa Ana, Heredia.
One of the industrial parks will be installed in the province of Alajuela in the sector of El Coyol, an area that has been characterized by attracting businesses of real estate and commercial investments, there will be located Life Free Zone and Business Park, which will be built in 10 years and will have 8 stages.
In Alajuela is also installed Green Park, in the District of Ulloa in Heredia Tech Park and a quarter will occupy a space in Wells of Santa Ana Lindora Park.
These four real estate developments are at the stage of proceedings and subsequently will be included in the list of industrial parks suitable for foreign companies seeking to invest in the country.
To start the facility, companies must first pass the stage of building permits and environmental, is expected to start operations during the second half of the 214 and the first six months of the year 2015.
Green Park for example, is led by group developer of industrial parks S.A., represented by Oller lawyers in the country, and its investment comes from El Salvador, in accordance with their representatives.
For its part of the project Life Free Zone and Business Park is represented by Cuestamoras real estate Sector and is developed in association with Garnier and Garnier.
This last will occupy an area of 50 hectares in El Coyol, according to the Director, Luis Montero, will begin the first of eight stages in the second half of 2014.

In the case of Lindora Park, will feature six stages, will include a Centre offices of 10 buildings and common green areas.
According to data from the trade promoter (Procomer) in Costa Rica, there are at least 36 industrial parks, most of them under the free zone regime.
