English company starts operations in Costa Rica

Costa Rica is known for attracting foreign investment in different industries
IMATS show is one of the latest companies to announce that it will begin operations in the Central American country. This company is dedicated to the plastics molding and injection processes.
The new plant of IMATS show opens in the province of Carthage and will be a modern establishment of 850 square meters.
Its homologous company in England, ClemCleat is originally from Herftforshire, England and has been on the market for 45 years. This signature will arrive in Costa Rica to attend companies engaged in manufacturing technology.
At the beginning this company will provide parts of plastics which will use engineering VITEC, which is a leader in advanced manufacturing, produces in Costa Rica elements in the film, aerospace, industry Government and photographic has been in the country since 1985.
The English company will also work directly with other suppliers of VITEC, which are related to production processes.
"IMATS show is a clear example of the diversification of Costa Rica has experienced in the origins of the foreign direct investment received." Under the company ClamCleat has been exported previously products to VITEC in Costa Rica during the last 10 years and with the opening of IMATS show deepens the business relationship with Costa Rica.
In the same way, the operation in Costa Rica will allow lIMATS to acquire additional production capacity and expand its services to new markets.
"The new plant in Costa Rica will allow us improve customer service, increase capacity, reduce delivery times and offer cost efficiency. We are proud to expand our operations in this country and thus better serve our customers," said Julian Emery, co-Chair of IMATS show to Revista Summa.
IMATS show currently has eight people in its initial phase and a projection of growth to 20 by the end of 2013.
