Ganaflor, is a 100% Costa Rican company, which was certified as the first in the pineapple industry in achieving carbon neutral certificate in Costa Rica and the world. The award was presented by the international company first LSQA last 1th August and also approved by the International Carbon Neutral Company.

The company is characterized by social conscience and environmental work, so always certifies its business processes of high recognition and reputation for companies such as Global GAP, TESCO NURTURE, Rainforest Alliance and in this case LSQA  Results which were subsequently endorsed by Carbon Neutral Company, one of the two companies that have been endorsed by the United Nations.

This pineapple company , which has just over 200 employees and more than 20 years in the business of production and marketing of fresh pineapple, exported to European markets, Canadian, USA and Caribbean from the District of Rio Cuarto de Grecia, Alajuela under the brands "Rain Forest Gold and Piña Rica."
