The new corporate Center to be located in San Jose is called Center Corporate El Tobogán (CCET), place where Ballroom is currently with the same name.
El Tobogán is built on nearly two acres of land located in downtown San Jose, and represents an investment of $60 million. The CCET aims to provide solutions to the need for offi-centers in the city.
Millionaire investment seeks to consolidate a business center that is innovative and especially friendly with the environment, so they have the pre approval of LEED GOLD certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Desing) of US Building Council.
Business Center will feature 105 offices, more than 1100 parking spaces, 66 wineries, 20 shops and other attractions such as roof and heliport.
Investment is done by the Bank's solutions, the role of financial structuring and financing will be made through the National Bank and Bank of Costa Rica.
The company responsible for the construction is the Contempo real estate developer, in conjunction with Constructura Proycon. They also participate in this project companies as Circuito, OPB Arquitectos, IECA, DEHC and Ingeniería Cañas
The slide has two towers, a building of 11 levels and two basements, besides a parking platform.
Main building will spend its first floor shops, pharmacies, restaurants and other services of satisfaction for executives.
On the second level, start the offices ranging from 150 to 450 square meters, each of the premises will be more than 3400 square meters.
"Another of its advantages is that it has multiple vehicular access roads, public transport and is located 5 minutes from downtown San Jose," said Rodolfo Cruz, general manager of real estate Contempo to Summa Magazine.
One of the biggest attractions is that its Windows and ceilings have thermal and acoustic insulation to promote the tranquillity of the tenants.
