San Jose will have luxury housing project


San José, the capital of Costa Rica in one of the cities with the largest construction and development in the region.
The skyscrapers and apartment buildings are no longer alien to the landscape of San Jose, capital of Costa Rica and city that has grown under construction rapidly in recent years.
The latest news corresponds to the development of a complex of apartments in one of the most exclusive areas of the city, Rohrmoser. The entrepreneur Saúl Kahana is responsible for a $50 million investment in a residential building for 171 apartments.
This San José neighborhood is considered to be one of the most exclusive of the capital city, its proximity to many occupational sectors, companies, strategic point for families looking for important safety and location, has given huge benefits that today translates into the construction of housing complexes.
With the growth of the construction in San Jose, entrepreneurs have seen the possibility of investment in the capital. Costa Ricans increasingly willing to live in apartment towers and to cooperate with the reconsideration of urban space bring the country this type of project.
Saúl Kahana Costa Rican businessman wanted, within the framework of the mentioned above form a Business Consortium that develops the project DUO Luxury Condos, which offers two towers of 21 floors with 171 apartments.
"The idea emerged to provide a housing solution for people who enjoy living close to the city. Rohrmoser has a strategic and privileged location and have access to all parts of the city. We did a market survey and found that our target customers looking for this area, but before there were projects like ours and why they had to go to other parts,"said Kahana.
The investment for this project round $50 million and would initiate the construction of the first tower in November of this year, after reaching an adequate number of pre-sales.
According to Kahana, in addition to the luxury finishes, these homes stand out for having wider spaces. The smallest apartment is 160 meters building livable area and the largest reach up to 600 meters. The price starts at US$ 2,000 to US$ 2,700 square meter.
