Costa Rica seeks to strengthen relations with Qatar • costadevelopers.com

The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Ali Bin Fahed the Hajiri and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Costa Rica, Gioconda Ubeda met recently in order to strengthen and improve the bilateral relations between the two countries.

Both countries established diplomatic relations in 2004 and strengthened in the year 2010.
